Shipping policy

Premier Beauty Lab reserves the right to ship orders via any postal carrier (including, but not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS)). If you have a valid e-mail address on file, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers when your order has been shipped.

Return and Refund policy

A. PRODUCTS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return policy. To start a return process, please email a return request to info@premier-beautylab.com. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. To return a product you will need to ship it back to the address you will be provided after you file a return request. All products must be shipped back to Premier Beauty Lab within 7 days after you received a confirmation for a return request. You as a customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Premier Beauty Lab monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.

Within 30 days of the date that the postal carrier delivers your product(s) to your specified shipping address, you may elect to return your new or gently used product for a refund. After 30 days, products are nonrefundable. Returns must be in accordance with the following conditions:

If Premier Beauty Lab receives your return request within 30 days of when you received the product, the original net purchase price can be refunded to you via your original payment method. You will not be refunded for any of the shipping fees that you have paid. Promotions applied to the original order may affect the final refund amount.

If Premier Beauty Lab receives your return request after 30 days from the day of when you received the purchase, the product is considered non-refundable.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If any of the items in your order are missing, damaged, incorrect or defective, please notify Xtreme Lashes to correct the order within fourteen 14 days of receiving the order.

B. TRAININGS

For all in-person training, Premier Beauty Lab delivers all that is stated on the training description with our best knowledge, and therefore there is no exception for a refund.

It is your full responsibility to find models for your practical part of the training. If you don’t find a model, you will be practicing on latex only.

If you miss your training dates, the time, or fail to show up for the training, we will not be able to provide a refund or transfer your training date.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

FORCE MAJEURE

The following applies to individuals who purchase their in-person training with Premier Beauty Lab.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if Premier Beauty Lab is prevented from performing its obligations hereunder as a result of any contingency which is beyond its reasonable control (such as any act of God, war, riot, national emergency, terrorist act, general embargo, fire, casualty, equipment failure, flood, extreme weather conditions, earthquake, unforeseen unavailability of Premier Beauty Lab training instructor for reasons beyond the control of such party (such as interruptions in the trainer’s travel schedule or illness, or other similar occurrence) (any such event, a “Force Majeure Event”), then Premier Beauty Lab shall be excused from its inability to perform its obligations hereunder, but only to the extent of the Force Majeure Event in question. Premier Beauty Lab will provide reasonably prompt notice of the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event. Regarding training program delays upon the occurrence of such Premier Beauty Lab may delay the scheduled training program and shall reschedule the training program hereunder as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of such occurrence.
If Premier Beauty Lab training program cannot be conducted because of a lack of minimum student attendance, then Premier Beauty Lab reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training program. If Premier Beauty Lab cancels or reschedules a training program, registered participants may elect to apply the monies paid for the canceled training program to a future training program within 12 months of the canceled training program date. Premier Beauty Lab will honor a request for a full refund only in case if the training was canceled by the Premier Beauty Lab due to force majeure event, or the inability to conduct the training due to lack of minimum students.
